No Harvey is half right.
Yes she is in a show where she plays a professional matchmaker or some such garbage.
But the Emma thing you are getting from Clueless as it was indeed based on that.
And no she wasn't in Clueless the sitcom. Rachel Blanchard was the actress playing Cher in that. Who can now be seen in 7th Heaven (lucky her) *double puke*.

oh yeah 7th Heaven is utter tripe.
i know Emma was the basis for Clueless but i also though she was in a sitcom based on Emma (well if its about a matchmaker then its probably ripped off from CLueless).
that Clueless sitcom looked dogshitty.

And indeed it was. There was one funny bit... she was getting a haircut, and the dude cutting her hair was this avant-garde type dude with a Kraut accent. The haircut ended up looking really bad. That episode made me laugh, I think.
Are there any good movie-to-TV show transfers? Maybe I'm just being slow today, but I can't think of a single one.
