Hi,
Thank you for your detailed reply.
I have taken the necessary action and have removed all the content from those threads which is in violation of your policies.
For you reference, please feel free to re-read the threads in question and note the absence of all materials which violate your policies as proof of the action I have taken to comply with your policies. It is my policy to comply with your policies, and if you note any other violations of your policies, then please do notify me again through the usual channels so that I may take the necassary action to bring the forum in line with both our policies. If the action I have taken to bring the forum in line with all policies is not deemed by ProBoards to be satisfactory then please alert me within the permitted time frame.
Faithfully,
Axxx Axxxxxx

Hi,
Thank you for replying.
I'm trying to understand why removal of these threads is required when they do not appear to violate your policies. Again I must ask you what has prompted the sending of these warnings when the threads have been happily dormant for years? If there was no complaint, then is it just because you now have some robot that trawls pages for keywords and sends warnings out based on some probability-that-it-might-offend-someone algorithm? It would be helpful to know what caused these warnings.
I will promptly remove the threads if I am referred to exactly which policies they violate.
I will assume that if I don't hear anything further on the matter, that no action then needs to be taken by me.
Thank you for you time,
Axxx Axxxxxx

I have not received any complaints about this or any other thread on the forum. Can you please inform me if anyone has made a complaint? If so, I will happily deal with any concerns raised. If not, please indicate to me what action I need to take now over a thread which has not been posted in, and I doubt has been read by any human (apart from me, just now) since 2005.
