After viewing the links (which are years old) I can detect no examples of pornographic material, or nudity generally.

If there is a specific problem with any of these posts please indicate them to me and I will remove them ASAP.

I have not received any complaints about this or any other thread on the forum. Can you please inform me if anyone has made a complaint? If so, I will happily deal with any concerns raised. If not, please indicate to me what action I need to take now over a thread which has not been posted in, and I doubt has been read by any human (apart from me, just now) since 2005.

Again, you need to read from the bottom up. Or shouldn't I say the word "bottom", in case it is deemed too naughty for ProBoards?

I have saved all threads and posts before I had to delete them, and will re-post them all again soon. If this time is anything to go by, Proboards should get around to detecting them again around the year 2018.

Even though you have STILL not given me any info as to why these threads must be deleted (since they appear not to violate your policies) I have removed all of them that the links pointed to.

But in the case of: freaksandgeeks.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=general&thread=574&page=1

the thread appears so innocent (a discussion from 2004 about the then upcoming "A Scanner Darkly" film, the only thing I could possibly think that you would object to is a non-nude photo of a shirtless Keanu Reeves. I know, I know, it hardly constitutes "adult content", but in your twisted mind, who knows, right? So I have removed the photo and any link to it from the post on that thread.

I trust we now comply with all your policies. If you find anything anything else posted in 2004 which warrants my attention, please feel free to to let me know as I have quite enjoyed this little trip down memory lane.

Wow. This is crazy talk! Thanks for sharing with us Splash and especially for sticking up for us. I know you're busy and this back-and-forth seems very draining and ridiculous. Lots of lolz at the absurdity of it all. What were the threads that were deleted? I didn't get a chance to check 'em out before they're gone. Glad you saved 'em though. They probably contain some of my best work.
