This is a thread for sightings. Strange sightings. Curious sightings. Preferrably the kind that knock your socks off, but at this early stage, any will do.
I'll start things off. I've got a good one.

I was reading over some of the stuff that the cast of Undeclared had done pre and post the show. Monica Keena's probably the most famous, following her work on Dawson's Creek, but Charlie's about to the big time, I tell ya. Of greater interest to me were the lesser actors, like Timm Sharp and Jay Baruchel. What else have these guys done? Do you guys remember Timm's appearances in Six Feet Under? What about Jay's tiny role in The Rules of Attraction? I saw that Jay had played the role of the young Led Zeppelin fanatic, Vic Munoz, in Almost Famous. I hadn't watched my copy in a while, so I dragged it out. Here he is: Quite at random, I jumped over the scene where Patrick Fugit's character William first gets a call from Ben Fong-Torres (Terry Chen). Suddenly V this V craaaaazy young go-getter of a cat came on screen: Anyone recognise him?

Steve's Dad from Undeclared has a small role in "Big Fish" (which I'm sure all of you are rushing out to see).

The guy who plays Lucien on Undeclared was in an episode of Buffy playing Tara's redneck brother.

Am I just mixing up names again? I'm talking about the serial killer who lives upstairs and he had a thing going with the mother.

Arthur (Rainn Wilson) is the apprentice undertaker that lives upstairs. He's not a serial killer as of yet, but he has that look. I think he's too nice to be a killer, but. As for the name Oliver, I think you're just taking the name of Claire's art teacher Oliv ier.

Arthur is a truly awful character....i hope he dies horribly. i think hes the reason so many people hated Season 3. I think you're selling Arthur short. Sure he's naive, clueless, socially backward and a complete putz, but I still found him to be a very intriguing addition to the cast. I can't think of anyone like him on TV.

i think hes rather unrealistic, and while SFU is never 100% realistic i think that character pushes the show too far into silliness. hes almost like crappy sitcom character or something.

The point of television, television like SFU no less isn't necessarily realism.
If you are watching television for realism, I'd switch off now.

of course.
i mean SFU creates it own universes, its own realism in a sense. Every good show does, and I think that character doesnt fit into the shows universe.
if that makes sense.
anyway i have a good sighting.
Timm Sharp who plays Marshall in Undeclared was in Season 1 Episode 13 of Six Feet Under. I was listening to the Alan Ball commentary on that episode today and saw him. I knew that I had seen that actor before watching Undeclared.
