It makes me feel like a big, strong man of course. I mean, duh! Why else would I? Anyway I would've figured that was the norm where you live. A common misconception about Americans is that we all carry guns. This might be true down South, but up here in the North East, the only weapon I carry is my bass.

That we may, Mr. Frodo, that we may...
But top marks for your research, nonetheless. I do think "charcoal chicken" is the correct term, but it is all too easy to roll it into "charcoaled chicken" in your mouth (the word that is, not the chicken - I ain't putting that shit anywhere but the bin). I don't really recall ever having seen 'charcoaled' written down before though. It looks very unnatural.

Yeah, "charcoalled" seems a bit more fitting, doesn't it? Hey, you just reached 400 posts, FuBu! Time for another party I think... ~Ferrero

It is good isn't it? Sometimes it just makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside and then a grin breaks my face. ~Ferrero

Icy cool, James! I'll sticky this thread for a while so it doesn't sink down the board before we've all slogged through it. So rare to have an actual F&G posting here...
