I thought I desrcibed it before? Anyway it's a character from an anime called Azumanga Daioh (coming out here in June I think, highly reccomended!). The picture is from some calender that was scanned and put on the web. I dont think it has a meaning, I just thought it was cool |

The name isn't from Azumanga. Pilon comes from the name of one of my favourite basketballers, Troy Pilon who plays for Wollongong.
