Alas no. I actually don't have the DVDs at all! When the special edition version came out I didn't have a credit card nor had I ever purchased things online, so I missed out. But don't cry for me Argentina - I'm okay. ~Ferrero

Echolalia, you are now officially the undiscovered territory of OzFreaks, the uncharted country, the last-remaining Australia-based board member left to be sighted in person. When are we gonna rectify this outrageous oversight? ~Ferrero Ah dude, who knows. I'm very anti-social at the moment. More and more by the day. Plus I kinda like being a mystery around here. It's the only cool thing I have. yeah i dont think we've even seen a photo, except something blurry ages ago where you were wearing a blue parker. I don't really like having my photos online but if you're after something more recent I'll see what I can do. PS - I think Ech is in hiding right now haha. I'm always in hiding, Mr Rocher.

Oh man Tuesday night in Mildura was so fucking funny. Shall I tell the story James, or do you want to? I'm happy to do it. Best OzFreak non-Meat Up EVA!!! I think Ech is in hiding now haha. ~Ferrero Poorly planned. That's how I would describe my drive from Adelaide to Sydney. My, uh, decision to start getting ready the morning I was due to leave lead to my delaying my trip another day. Further dallying the morning of my actual departure led to this becoming the afternoon of my departure. Even though I hadn't reeeeeeally worked out my route to Sydney, I knew I was going through Hay, and I knew that I was armed with a Sydney Directory, an Australian Road Atlas, a list of directions and tiny overall map of the best route according to Google Maps, and best of all, my mother's GPS device. Twas the GPS that earned my favour early on, the way it managed to work out my moves for me, just before I made them. I liked it. As I approached Ouyen VIC, though, I realised that the hitherto IMHO infallible Google Maps route pointed me to go straight to Balrenald, the GPS mystifyingly instructed me to go via Mildura. The fact that I had not even considered the fact that I woud be near Mildura is testament to the very low level of planning of this trip. "Mildura," I mused. Could this be the greatest chance ever to meet the most elusive OzFreak since BlackCherry? It would add hours to my trip, and was a whim to say the least, but probably worth it; maybe I could sort some accommodation there too at the dearth of backpacker's hostels my brother claimed to lie there. I was a ways away from Mildura at that point, and so began frantically trying to get on to OzFreaks high and low to get the info I needed. Nat didn't have her number, but she thought that Splash and Gemma might. I didnt have Splash's number, so Nat texted it to me. Adam didn't have Ech's number, but he did have her address ("Meet her!" he commanded in the message). Menwhile, I had my brother log in to my OzFreaks account back home and trawl my various correspondences with Joolie over the last few years looking for a phone number. As well as this, I had him look up J L****** on whitepages.com.au (to no avail). In Sydney, Tom sent out a multimedia broadwave in the hopes that Echolalia would be alerted to the wayward OzFreak that was hurtling towards her and get in touch with him. I arrived in Mildura at about 10:30, an hour after leaving Ouyen. I had Ech's address, but no number. Surely the number was only minutes away. I stopped in at the Liberty petrol station and bought some grapes, stalling for time. I decided then to head in the vague direction of Ech's place. The number would definitely be delivered during my journey, and I could call Ech apologise for my lateness, but say maybe I could pop in and say hi if she's not too busy or maybe we could do brekky in the morning. Maybe she'd even let me crash on her couch? I thought. Whatever the case, the main point of the trip was to see her, to make contact with her, etc. By this stage I realised that the GPS had lead me to Ech's street, to her exact address. A white cat was sitting near the curb. Didn't Ech have a white cat? I pulled over and turned off the engine. The phone number was coming, sure as eggs is eggs, and so I'll just sit here and wait, I thought. But sitting in my car, in the dark, in front of the house of someone that I had never met in the flesh, who didn't know that I was in their town, didn't know that I was out the front of their house, didn't even know that I was coming, and approaching 11pm on a weeknight... I began to feel a bit uneasy. I called Tom and filled him in. He reminded me that the cat's name was Sagan. We both agreed that under the circumstances, I couldn't just walk up and knock on the door. I felt stalkerish just being there, so left in search of accommodation. I had arrived in Mildura all kinds of too late. All the backpacker's were closed, likewise the caravan parks. Some hotels appeared open, but were beyond my means. When a caravan park proprietor angrily told me that they weren't going to open at this hour and that there was no way I was going to find any accommodation in town, I gave up. I went back to the Liberty petrol station to see if they could point me in the direction of a truck stop - they had been very nice when I bought those grapes - but they instead offered to let me sleep in my car in their carpark. They were a bright light in an otherwise lackluster evening. I hung in Mildura for a few hours that morning in the hopes of hearing word from Joolie. No luck. I left Mildura, hopeful that I would be luckier the second time around. P.S. Shortly after I got across the border into NSW, I was puled over by several poice cars doing random drug tests. Drug dog, the lot. Fun fun fun.

I had no idea he was going to camp outside your house taking all those pictures of you with his telephoto lens while stroking your cat and whispering Kitty... kitty... nice Joolie kitty... over and over (Seriously, he's stayed in my house and he's harmless. Have a coffee with him on his way back )
