Well, I laughed. That's all I can come up with right now.
Oh and FYI the Punisher did kill "Nick Fury" in the late 1990s Marvel Edge one-shot "Over the Edge" (featuring a chromium cover, no less), however it was later revealed that the biter of Frank Castle's bullet was in fact a S.H.I.E.L.D. Life Model Decoy or whatever and Fury was alive and well after all. Yay.
