Perry is a master. He's one of the most confident geeks of all-time. I would describe his eyebrows as "elegant".

i never noticed his eyebrows but hes my favourite Undeclared character along with marshall...very funny he is.

It occurs to me that I didn't really include any middle-of-the-road, sitting-on-the-fence. neutral or indifferent options for my poll. It also occurs to me that I'm the only one who gives a damn about Perry's eyebrows. Ah the cool, sinking pain that comes with realisation of defeat.  |

Maybe you didn't notice due to bad compression on your files of the epsiodes - don't ask me, I'm not RL - but it appears he waxes them... just the ends of them, so that they have a rather dramatic slope. I'm no beautician, but I'm basing this on the fact that when Perry is standing in the right light, you can see the sheen of unnaturally naked skin just above the end of his eyebrows. And besides they just... don't... look.... natural! Still, he is a great character. Maybe if Grode stopped doing strange things to his brows, he'd get more employment. |

I didn't notice any overt abnormalities with his eyebrows. I stared intently at them (during my Undeclared marathon) after realising who Perry was.
They are very dark?

They're curved like boomerangs, but pointier at the ends. Like leeches which are fatter in the middle. |
