I did art for five years at high school, and have been doing graphic design for the last two... or so. But I've decided it's not exactly for me, so now I'm gonna pursue a more film-oriented line of study. Hopefully I'll be the better for it. Nup, you've got me there... What's that from? I'll be so embarassed if it's from a F&G episode! The cowboy! What about the cowboy, Harvey?! I don't even entirely understand the movie, but even I know that the cowboy rules! Freak me, James

Didn't really want to start a new thread for this, but it's kinda interesting. I just read the news.
Johnathan Brandis (Lucas Wolenczek from SeaQuest DSV) committed suicide on November 12th 2003.
I wouldn't have mentioned it, but I was a big fan of the first season of SeaQuest. Anyone else a fan? Anyone care?

I already heard about this. I don't care. Nor do I really care that he was also in The Neverending Story part 2 and the television mini-series of Stephen King's "It". But I'm the kind of guy who just knows about it anyway.

I heard about it. I guess I am morbid because I'd love to know why.

I hate to bring this up now, what with me going away tomorrow, but Splash, I finally saw Mulholland Drive again. I understood it a bit more, and tried to pick up as much as I could, but I'm still quite in the dark. You're gonna hafta point me to some links about it or something, cause I am ssssssstuck. One thing I will say about that movie is that it is totally awesome when it comes to creating its desired mood. Maaaaaaan... That aspect of it blew me away. And Laura Elena Harring is sooooo gorgeous. It has to be said that her breasts are quite phenomenal. Phew!

When will you be back? I assume this means you'll have no internet. We'll have to set up a chat and I'll walk you through it. One thing I will say about that movie is that it is totally awesome when it comes to creating its desired mood. Maaaaaaan... That aspect of it blew me away. It is masterly, isn't it? But try tell Harvey. And Laura Elena Harring is sooooo gorgeous. It has to be said that her breasts are quite phenomenal. Phew! I would push a greased naked, willing, begging Naomi Watts out of my way just to get to a fully-clothed Laura Elena Harring so she could reject and ignore me.

yeah it sets up a good mood but for what? the movie is alienating, you dont care for any of the characters, and its too long by about an hour.

yeah it sets up a good mood but for what? For an even better mood! You know, in the last hour that made it an hour too long. ;D
